There's something that sets Air New Zealand apart. It's not just their award-winning crew or New Zealand inspired food and wine. The key ingredient is their Kiwi attitude. That’s what makes their flying experience so special.

Air New Zealand's product has become one of the most respected in the sky. They have created the world’s first Inflight Concierge - an expert in helping passengers with any travel needs they may have, from giving personal destination tips to arranging flight connections.

Not everyone knows that they fly from London Heathrow to LA and Hong Kong on their way to New Zealand. They can actually take you there via LA first and bring you back via Hong Kong (or the other way round, if you prefer). That makes them the only airline that can fly you all around the world in both directions on their own aircraft.

Air New Zealand take pride in offering you the best Kiwi things from the moment you get on the plane. They have three cabin classes you can choose from: Economy, Premium Economy and Business Premier. You will enjoy the highest standards of comfort available within each class. And that includes truly generous seats.

You may have noticed that they don't have a First Class. For Air New Zealand, that would make Business sound a bit second class. They prefer to put all their effort into making the flying experience of the business traveller truly great, which is why you can expect levels of space and comfort beyond your average Business Class experience. In this cabin you'll discover an unusually long fully lie-flat bed, complete with a soft duvet and a large cotton pillow to help you enjoy the most relaxing sleep.

Air New Zealand also offers a stunning Premium food and beverage experience to match. Their New Zealand wine menu has been recognised by the 2006, 2007 and 2008 Cellars in the Sky competition, with awards including 'Best Business Class Cellar', 'Most Original Business Class Cellar', 'Best Business Class Red'. Their cuisine, in turn, has been created by top international Kiwi chefs and uses some unique ingredients native to New Zealand, such as horopito salt, piko piko fern tips and Tawari honey.

Their Premium Economy is closer to Business Class than to Economy. You might not get the longest lie-flat bed in the sky, but apart from that, the experience is nothing but premium: priority check-in, the same excellent food and wine as in Business Premier and a seat with more width, recline and legroom than usual.

Air New Zealand's On&On inflight entertainment is not only fully on-demand. It is also available from boarding through to landing across all classes offering over 580 hours of the latest entertainment through a personal, high resolution screen, no matter what class you choose to fly.
